New B&B Leaders in Fullerton and San Jose

In keeping with Bradford & Barthel's pursuit of excellence, we are proud to announce new managing partners in our Fullerton and San Jose offices.

Judy Segerstrom Barrett, a long-time partner, was named managing attorney of the Fullerton office in January of 2006, and Amir F. Adil was named partner and managing attorney of the San Jose office in February, 2006.

Ms. Barrett has been with Bradford & Barthel for five years and brings a wealth of experience to her position. Ms. Barrett not only has many years of experience as a workers' compensation attorney but has also practiced in the public defender's office, has sat as a judge pro temp in Riverside, and is licensed to practice in Arizona as well as California. During her tenure at B&B, Ms. Barrett consistently has been ranked among the firm's top attorneys during that time.

Mr. Adil, who also consistenly has ranked among the firm's top attorneys, has practiced in WCAB district offices from Los Angeles up to Santa Rosa. Mr. Adil received his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Before joining Bradford & Barthel, Mr. Adil practiced Social Security litigation and advancing the rights of the disabled.

Bradford & Barthel is pleased to welcome Ms. Barrett and Mr. Adil to the management team.
