California State Bar Certifies Judy Barrett, Esq. Workers' Compensation Specialist by Donald R. Barthel, LLP Great news! California (and Bradford & Barthel, LLP) have a newly minted Workers' Compensation Specialist: Judy Segerstrom Barrett. The California State Bar recently certified that Judy has met and exceeded California's tough prerequisites to distinguish herself as a true "specialist" in the arena of workers' compensation. Judy Barrett joined B&B in 2001, practicing at the Rancho Cucamonga office until late 2003, when she transferred to the Fullerton Office. In Fullerton she soon agreed to take charge as the managing attorney. Last September, she focused her talents on B&B special projects. In addition to her tough, no-nonsense approach to defending claims, Ms Barrett is well-known for her detailed knowledge of the AMA Guides (5th).
