Collectively Bargained Workers' Compensation Programs ( 3201.5)

The law offices of Bradford and Barthel have a high level of understanding and success in the defense of claims within the collectively bargained workers' compensation arena. We have been representing the interests of unionized employers and their carriers for over 12 years. We have dedicated attorneys in selected offices that know the concepts and frameworks of the CBA programs.

We have a better understanding and operate within the laws and regulations governing the collectively bargained workers' compensation/ADR programs. ( LC 3201.5)

We are more familiar with the language of the collective bargaining agreements, compliance procedures, and requirements.

We are increasingly cognizant of the responsibilities of those who perform the functions and roles of the collectively bargained programs; program rules and regulations, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) rules, ombudsperson responsibilities, role of the insurance carrier, role of the claims professional, roles of the physicians within the approved medical panel, and roles of the injured worker attorney as well as defense attorney.

We provide ADR claim reviews by our director of quality assurance and client liaison
