Jan D. Metheny Promoted to “Managing Partner, Education & Training”

B&B’s Managing Partner, Mark Fletcher, announced the promotion of Jan D. Metheny to “Managing Partner, Education and Training.” “With a decade of teaching experience, Mr. Metheny has been a tremendous educational asset to fellow attorneys since entering the legal field in 2000. He also has been an extraordinary resource as the Managing Attorney of B&B’s Anaheim office,” said Founding Partner, Tom Bradford.

Mr. Metheny obtained his Juris Doctorate from Whittier School of Law in 2001 and his Master’s degree in Education/Linguistics from Temple University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1995. Undergraduate work includes a business degree from Marywood University, Magna Cum Laude, 1994, and Bachelor of Arts from Pacific Western University in communications, 1987.

Mr. Metheny takes an aggressive and proactive approach to the handling of cases while overseeing each new case from beginning to settlement or trial. This proactive and aggressive approach has resulted in a number of “Take Nothings” at trial. Mr. Metheny’s strong determination and talent is sure to greatly benefit attorneys at B&B.
