Daniel J. Aguilar received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with a Pre-Law option from California State University, Fresno in 1999. Mr. Aguilar received his Juris Doctorate from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2003. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2003 and is currently a member in good standing of the Fresno County Bar Association and the California Young Lawyer Association (CYLA).
In law school, Mr. Aguilar became a Certified Law Student for the District Attorney's Office in Sacramento, which allowed him to act as sole prosecutor for infractions and misdemeanors in traffic court. After graduation, Mr. Aguilar moved back home to Fresno and joined State Compensation Insurance Fund in 2004 where he has practiced both workers' compensation and subrogation.
