Daniel Nachison is originally from San Diego, california, where he attended San Diego State University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science
.
Mr. Nachison earned his Juris Doctorate from The Thomas Jefferson University School of Law, and was admitted to the bar in 1978.
With over 30 years of experience in workers compensation law, Mr. Nachison has served as the Workers' Compensation Section Chair for The Santa Clara County Bar Association and lectured on workers' compensation law for the Law Business Institute. Mr. Nachison received his State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization, certification in workers' compensation law, and he is a Workers' Compensation Appeals Board Judge Pro Tem. Additionally, Mr. Nachison has served as an Arbitrator for workers' compensation claims, including insurance coverage.
Away from the office, Mr. Nachison enjoys time spent with his daughter, a music student and violinist; his son, who is involved in the performing arts; and his wife.
