Elliott Castaneda was born and raised in Southern California, obtaining a degree in Political Science from Cal State Dominguez Hills in 1994.
Mr. Castaneda wanted to experience life outside of California and went back east for law school, attending Villanova University School of law outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Castaneda stayed in Pennsylvania after graduation and became a member of the Pennsylvania bar in 1997. Shortly thereafter, in 1999, Mr. Castaneda was admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
As much as he enjoyed living on the east coast, Mr. Castaneda couldn't stay away from home any longer and returned to California in 2003. Since becoming a member of the California bar, Mr. Castaneda has practiced exclusively in the field of Workers' Compensation.
Mr. Castaneda balances his time between his career and his wife and two children. He enjoys playing with his kids and taking them on excursions all around southern California.
