Garret Kuehn graduated from Brigham Young University in 1968 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and minors in Sociology and German. In 1975 Mr. Kuehn received his Juris Doctorate from Glendale University College of Law in California. In 1976 he was admitted to the State Bar of California.
From 1976 to 2003 Mr. Kuehn worked in the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office holding numerous positions, including Criminal Deputy, Election Attorney, Land-Use and Environmental Attorney, Trial Attorney in the Liability Division, Trial Attorney in the Workers' Compensation Division, Deputy City Attorney, and finally Assistant City Attorney and Manager of the Workers' Compensation Division Subrogation Unit.
Mr. Kuehn joined Bradford & Barthel in 2004. His primary areas of practice remain workers' compensation defense and subrogation.
