Patricia Miller graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She completed her Juris Doctorate at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
During her law school career, Ms. Miller participated in an externship program through which she gained certification as a Certified Law Clerk with the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, Traffic Division. At the City Attorney’s Office Ms. Miller performed jury and court trials.
In addition to practicing workers' compensation, Ms. Miller has worked in a variety of civil litigation disciplines, including general negligence, breach of contract, land-lord tenant, personal injury and legal malpractice. Ms. Miller has drafted and argued countless civil law and motion matters including discovery motions, motions for summary judgment and post trial motions.
Outside of her full-time employment, Ms. Miller enjoys many interests including travel.
