Patrick G. Rose was born in Santa Clara, California and grew up in Los Gatos. He attended California State University, Fresno and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology. In 1996, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California, where he also received an Academic Achievement Award in Constitutional Law.
Mr. Rose is a lifetime member of both the Golden Key and Phi Kapp Phi National Honor Societies. He is also a member of the California Bar Association, American Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, and Sacramento Bar Association. He was admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court, Central District of California in 1996. He is also sworn into the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California.
Mr. Rose began practicing civil ligation and insurance defense as an in-house counsel for a nationwide insurance company in Los Angeles. He also practiced civil litigation for a private law firm in San Jose, which included insurance defense, construction defect, premise liability, trade secret/unfair commercial competition, and appellate practice.
Mr. Rose began practicing workers' compensation as an applicant attorney in 2000 for the Law Offices of Mastagni, Holstedt & Amick in Sacramento before joining Bradford & Barthel in 2002. Mr. Rose primarily handles all of the civil and subrogation files for Northern California. His practice areas include civil litigation and subrogation, workers' compensation, and appellate practice.
