Richard Stamp received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Whitman College in 1985. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Tulane Law School in 1992.
Mr. Stamp's legal career began at the WCIRB and continued on as a claims adjuster, hearing representative, and finally, an attorney. His educational background enables him to take the economical approach to settlements with experienced cost/benefit analysis that bring advantageous results when matters go to trial.
Mr. Stamp joined Bradford & Barthel with 18 years of experience and the strong belief that above all else, his career in Workers' Compensation is to serve and please the client by mitigating costs and engaging in early settlement.
Richard and his wife Paula are currently raising their two boys, Tyler and Jordan, in La Verne. Richard enjoys spending his free time with his family and acting as a referee for Youth Soccer in his community.
