Sarah L. Lopez attended the University of New Mexico and received a dual Bachelor of Arts in English and History. She graduated with the honors distinction, Magna Cum Laude, and Phi Beta Kappa. Subsequently, Ms. Lopez attended the University of Essex and received a Master of Arts in Comparative Literature. She received her Juris Doctorate from Drake University School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California.
Since joining Bradford & Barthel, Ms. Lopez' primary of practice is workers' compensation including asbestos claims.
Prior to joining Bradford & Barthel in 2007, Ms. Lopez previously worked as a plaintiff attorney in employment law and personal injury with a specialty in subrogation. Her familiarity with plaintiff bar's approach to handling claims is an asset in defending insurance carrier's interests.
