Theodore G. Schneider ("Ted") was born in California. He attended the University of La Verne and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 1978. He studied law at the University of La Verne and earned a Juris Doctorate in 1984. Mr. Schneider was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1986.
