In 1994 Daniel Dailey graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He received his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University in 2000. While working with Bradford & Barthel, Mr. Dailey has secured 10 workers’ compensation fraud convictions with over $200,000 in restitution ordered for various clients, including Liberty Mutual, Tokio Marine, ACCA, Seabright, and ICW Group. Mr. Dailey is always on the lookout for an additional fraud conviction or claim. Following the new rules promulgated by the AMA Guides and by SB 899, Mr. Dailey has conducted several seminars, lectures, and training on the changes, including Almaraz/Guzman and Ogilvie, as well as identifying potential fraud cases. In November, 2010, Mr. Dailey relocated from Bradford & Barthel in Tarzana and became Managing Attorney of Bradford & Barthel’s Sacramento office, where he plans on implementing his aggressive, defense-oriented strategies. Mr. Dailey has a wife, two daughters, and one son who currently consume all his free time as they explore the Sacramento area. |
