Daniel J. Podolsky was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from the University of California at Irvine, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology. Thereafter, he attended University of West Los Angeles School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate with honors. While a student at University of West Los Angeles, he was on the Dean’s List numerous times, and he received the Alan R. Frieman Evidence Scholarship Award and Witkin Awards in the areas of Legal Study, Evidence, and Insurance Law. During law school, Mr. Podolsky managed a team of risk managers, in addition to his own caseload, at Bank of America Corporation. In this role, Mr. Podolsky dealt with attorneys, corporate executives, and politicians throughout the country on various issues. Contracts, real estate, insurance, and securities are some of the areas of law Mr. Podolsky was exposed to at this time. Before joining Bradford & Barthel, LLP, Mr. Podolsky gained extensive workers’ compensation experience representing applicants. Mr. Podolsky is fluent in Russian. When not immersed in litigation, Mr. Podolsky enjoys travelling and sports. One day his prayers will be answered, and Los Angeles will once again have a football team.
