David Mahjoubi, Esq.

David F. Mahjoubi was born and raised in Southern California. He graduated from UCLA with a degree in Economics. After graduation, Mr. Mahjoubi began his career as a series 7 licensed financial consultant (specializing in Estate Planning and living trusts for his clients) before entering law school. While in Law School, Mr. Mahjoubi transitioned into banking where he worked as a commercial banking officer rising to the level of Vice President, (SBA Business Development) for a large California Bank.

After graduating from Whittier College School of Law, Mr. Mahjoubi remained in banking for several years before deciding to pursue his legal career where he began representing Blue Cross Workers’ Compensation liens at the WCABs throughout the State of California. He also worked for a major defense firm defending lien claims before starting his own lien litigation business. As a defense attorney, Mr. Mahjoubi has an aggressive yet pragmatic style. His extensive negotiating skills and experience in both prosecuting and defending lien claims enables him to quickly and effectively close claim files which provides an invaluable benefit to our clients.

Mr. Mahjoubi is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.

(When he is not preparing for lien trials, Mr. Mahjoubi enjoys playing golf and is an avid fan of UCLA sports. He loves spending time with his family and friends, his dog Ben and his cats George and Ringo).
