Kerry Tepper is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Public Administration emphasis. He completed his Juris Doctorate at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. Mr. Tepper has been a litigation attorney for over 25 years in the fields of workers’ compensation, personal injury and employment law. He has had numerous trials and arbitrations, including jury trials. Mr. Tepper obtained a jury verdict in excess of $1,000,000 for an employee in a civil wrongful termination and harassment lawsuit. He has litigated on behalf of both applicants and defendants, but currently his practice is almost exclusively workers’ compensation defense. Happily married for 28 years, Mr. Tepper has three sons. When not working, he loves to surf and snow ski with his sons. He regularly satisfies his competitive appetite by playing soccer and racquetball, occasionally entering a raquetball tournament. |
