Marlene Phillips has enjoyed working for Bradford and Barthel for the past 7 years. Her previous experience is in the medical field as a LVN, working in the fields of orthopedics and surgery. She has had extensive training with the 2005 PDRS and application of the AMA Guides and PDR’s by the AMA Guides specialists Don Barthel and Phil Billman.
