Sam Bessinger received a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University, where he was a class officer, president of his fraternity, Greek Man of the Year, co-captain of the wrestling team, and two-time NCAA qualifier at the national wrestling tournament. Mr. Bessinger earned his Juris Doctorate from Utah State University in 1972. Mr. Bessinger has been a member of the California Bar since 1976. He has also been a member of the Utah Bar since 1979, and he has practiced in both states. His primary area of practice at the present time is Workers’ Compensation law. Sam Bessinger has been an associate attorney with Bradford & Barthel since September 1, 2010. Before then he honed his oratory skills by advocating on behalf of minors while practicing Juvenile Dependency law. Having gained a deep insight into the inner workings of the Department of Social Services, the attorneys who represent the children, parents and relatives, the court staff and Judges, Mr. Bessinger regards this as his most gratifying legal experience. Mr. Bessinger and his wife, Susie have five children.
