Sean Morrisroe graduated from California State University, East Bay, in 1980, and from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1983. Following law school, he served as an attorney in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, stationed in Germany. Upon returning to the Bay Area, Mr. Morrisroe was a civil litigator, who specialized in defending personal injury cases, including trying numerous cases through to jury verdict. Since 1997, he has specialized in workers’ compensation law, but he still occasionally litigates in civil courts in workers’ compensation-related subrogation matters.
