Sherry Dixon graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She received her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in 1986. While in law school she was in Law Review and her article was chosen to be published in The California Western International Law Journal,”Foreign Data: Is it Safe in United States Data Banks?” (Summer 1986 Volume 16 Number 2). She also was on the California Western School of Law Trial Competition Team, winning the regional competition and competing in the national competition held in San Antonio Texas. Thereafter she became a partner in the Law Firm of Gray and Prouty handling all subrogation cases for the Santa Ana, California office. Then she opened up the Fresno Gray and Prouty office for the firm and for the next 10 years was the Managing Partner handling workers’ compensation insurance defense cases and subrogation cases. Ms. Dixon has volunteered for the big sister program and has coached high school students to assist them in competing among other schools in state wide mock trial competitions. Ms. Dixon’s current area of practice is workers’ compensation and subrogation.
